The
3rd Asian-Pacific Congress of Hypertension will be held at the Raffles
City Convention Centre, in Singapore from 3rd April - 7th April 2004. |

|
The Singapore Hypertension Society, under the auspices of the Asian-Pacific Society of Hypertension, will host the 3rd Asian-Pacific Congress of Hypertension. It has the support of the Singapore National Heart Association, the Singapore Cardiac Society and the Singapore Society of Nephrology. |

The theme of the Congress is “Achieving Targets in Hypertension Control” emphasizing the importance of effective anti-hypertensive therapy in reducing the complications of hypertension.

Highlights of the scientific programme include State-of-the-Art plenary sessions, concurrent symposia on topical issues, reports on ongoing clinical trails, breakfast symposia, the inaugural Asian-Pacific Society of Hypertension Lecture, the Young Investigator Award and Best Poster Award, as well as industry sponsored satellite symposia.

The Exhibitor Contract and/or Sponsor Contract should be submitted with your company’s representative signature and stamp. Payments for the above commitments will be due as follows and made payable to 3rd Asian-Pacific Congress of Hypertension”. |

10% non-refundable down payment of the committed amount to reach the Congress Secretariat one week from date of confirmation of booking of booth spaces by fax. |

Further
40% of the committed amount shall reach the Congress Secretariat,
together with the original Contract, and within 1 month from date
of confirmation of booth spaces and not later than 31st January
2004. |

Balance of
50% of payment to reach the Congress Secretariat by 30th September
2004. |
