Room Rates are based on per guest room per night and are based on the Standard Room for Category A & B, Superior Room for Category C, Deluxe / Premier Deluxe Rooms for Categories D & E and Suite for Category F

Rates will be charged in Singapore Dollars. Currently the calculation is based on the current exchange rate of US$1 = S$1.70

RESERVATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF FORM IS INCOMPLETE. EMAIL & TELEPHONE REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Deadline of Booking is Reservation will be handled as soon as the Registration Form and Hotel Form together with advanced deposit is submitted to the Congress Secretariat.

All reservations will be handled upon a first-come-first-serve basis. Delegates must state the exact date and time of check-in and checkout.
 
4.
As a limited number of rooms have been reserved for participants, please make and confirm your booking promptly. The closing date for hotel reservations is 31st July 2003. After 31st July 2003, The Congress Secretariat will assist in making arrangement on hotel reservation on your behalf.
 
5.
On the Hotel Form, you are requested to fill in your first, second, and third choice of the hotel (see map of all Congress Hotels). The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to book another hotel should the desired hotels be fully booked. For bookings, participants are requested to fill the Hotel Booking Form with the necessary payment and submitted it via mail or Internet to:

Hotel Deposit
 
1.
To make hotel reservation (see Accommodation Options), one-night advance deposit via credit card payment and completed Hotel Booking Form be sent to the Congress Secretariat.
 
2.
Hotel reservation cannot be proceeded unless the Congress Secretariat receives advances hotel deposit as indicated.

All official hotels required your credit card number and expiry date to secure reservation. The remaining payment should be settled at departure and will be charged in Singapore Dollars.
 
4.
Delegates must state clearly the exact date of arrival (check-in) and checkout. Should booking dates not be indicated on the registration form, we shall presume arrival on 2 April 2004 and departure on 7 April 2004. The room reserved as such will be available to participants at the first night of the reservation. Cancellation or alteration of housing stay will be charged as described below.
 
 
Hotel Confirmation
 
1.
Within 10 - 14 daysafter receipt of your hotel deposit, an acknowledgement note with confirmation number together with the name and address of your hotel, the cost per night, and the amount of advanced deposit that we received will be issued to you via email or fax only.
 
2.
Please therefore state clearly your email address and fax number in the form.
 
 
Changes and Cancellations of Reservations
 
1.
All cancellation or change of hotel reservations shall be made by the Congress Secretariat only. Please do not contact the hotels directly. These changes must be requested in writing (preferably by E-mail).
 
2.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Ace:Daytons Direct (International) Pte Ltd.

If cancellation is notified before 31st July 2003, 30% of the one-night deposit will be charged as handling fee. In case of cancellation received after 31st July 2003, your credit card will be charged the cost of one night’s accommodation.
 
4.
In case your housing stay is changed during the Congress, the hotel reserves the right to charge all nights as indicated on your Hotel Booking Form. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the one-night deposit and your hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled.
