Hotel Room Reservations
Individual booking will be accepted (one booking form per participant).

Deadline for Hotel Room Reservations (individual and group bookings)
15 April 2006
(bookings after the deadline will be subject to availability)
Note: In the event that the requested hotel is fully booked, the APAO Congress 2006 Housing Bureau reserves the right to book a hotel in a similar category.
To avoid duplications, please do not mail the original hotel booking form is you have already faxed the form or booked online.
Deposit & Final Payment
All payments for the hotel accommodation must be made in Singapore dollars. All official hotels will require a minimum of 1-night/ 2-night room deposit (subject to individual hotel reservation requirements) as stated on the APAO Congress 2006 website via credit card to secure reservation. The remaining payment should be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.
Hotel Confirmation
You will receive an acknowledgement from the APAO Congress 2006 Housing Bureau either by fax, or email within 14 days. This acknowledgement will indicate the hotel where your reservation has been made as well as the terms and conditions of that particular hotel.
Modifications/ Cancellation
If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation on or before
15 May 2006, please contact APAO Congress 2006 Housing Bureau directly. After the deadline, you should contact your assigned hotel directly regarding any changes.
Cancellation/ No-show
Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to the APAO 2006 Housing Bureau before
30 April 2006, Saturday. For cancellations received after
30 April 2006 or no-show, a minimum of 1-night/ 2-night room rate (subject to individual hotel cancellation policy) will be charged to your credit card.
